Using an intervention programme based on co-operative learning, we work with schools to improve behaviour and attainment in children aged 3-14.

We focus on improving literacy, however our programme is implemented across the whole primary school and its structure can be adapted for other subjects. This sets us apart from other school improvement programmes. Within a secondary school, we usually start in the English department.
We've seen impressive results in our partner schools, including an attainment level for disadvantaged pupils that is 10% above the national average. See the results
Our approach includes extensive support and training for your staff. We want to build a long-term relationship with your school, to ensure we deliver the best possible results.
